Each of these flat opal stone tops for 18g or 16g internally-threaded body jewelry measures 4mm in diameter. The titanium base and its internal 0.9mm threaded post are made from a single piece of implant-grade titanium, so these body jewelry tops are crafted in the most secure way possible. The opal stone you choose will be inset in the top of the titanium setting. Pair these 4mm flat opal tops with your favorite , , , or other 18g or 16g with matching internal 0.9mm threading.
